Changes
Territory improvements:
Mine: Mine has raze gain has been reduced to 5. This change has been made to make lumber mills unique. We feel it will also make decisions concerning the building and destruction of them harder.
Reinforcements
Warcasters: Caster may only be purchased as prime. After 3 seasons on the field a warcaster can be upgraded to epic at the cost of 15 points. Prime may never be fielded again after epic upgrade. These rules apply to your starting warcaster.
Additions
Repair
Mechanic units who do not participate in battle during a season have the option to repair a D6 damage boxes on a jack that also has also not participated in battle this season. Mechanic and Jack must be in same detachment. This repair is completed in the end phase.
